I am familiar with and very happy with DreamHost. So I will work with you to set up accounts, we will put everything in your name and you will use your credit card for the fees.This includes your DreamHost and Themeforest accounts.
Most Domain names are around $20.00 a year and hosting will be $200 and more for a year depending on the type of hosting you pick. Plan on paying for hosting on an annual basis. I will receive your login username and password so I can perform administrative functions as needed.
As a part of this process we will also install WordPress to your hosting. We will first set you up as an administrator, and then set me up as an administrator also. You will select a theme and purchase it. The cost for the theme is a one time licensing fee for use on one project.
